RESOLUTION NO. 11-25

SECOND MODIFICATION OF 2024-25 SCHOOL BOARD
REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE

Resolution No. 18-24, which was approved by the School Board on July 18, 2024, set the
schedule for regular school board meetings during the 2024-25 school year. Resolution 06-
25 amended the date of the August 2025 meeting from August 14, 2025 to August 21, 2025.
By this resolution, the school board will change the date of its July 2025 meeting from July
17, 2025 to July 10, 2025. The remaining regular meeting dates for the 2024-25 school year
are listed below.

Note:

e Regular Meetings (business only) will be held for the purpose of adopting a
consent agenda and/or approving action items. Reports and presentations
may be included.

e Study Sessions will be held periodically throughout the year, generally at the end
of the Regular Meeting.

e Linkage Meetings will be held periodically throughout the year.

e Executive Sessions, if needed, will generally be held at the end of the Regular
Meeting. As needed, they may be scheduled prior to the Regular Meeting or on
another date as appropriate.

Thursday, May 15. 2025 Regular Meeting, 6 p.m.
Thursday, June 12, 2025 Regular Meeting, 6 p.m.

Thursday, July 10, 2025 Regular Meeting, 6 p.m.
Thursday, August 21,2025 | Regular Meeting, 6 p.m.
