international travel, COVID, pickpockets

SAFETY ASSURANCE: Describe strategies and plans for safety assurance of the above-

mentioned potential risks or dangers.
Elise Erickson has extensive experience in international travel with students and trains them on safety procedures (including minimizing risks). We are also
traveling with EF Tours, which means we will have a Tour Director on site with us at all times. EF has strict policies regarding health and safety and they also
have a “Covid Safe Promise’ which ensures that if individuals or the whole group were to be delayed due to illness, EF covers hotels and food, will cover the

cost of a parent to travel to France to be with the child (in the event it is only one person). Masks are currently required at all times on tour when with the whole
group (for example, on the bus)

STUDENT COST FOR THE TRIP:
$3,819

SUBSTITUTE NEEDED? If so, for whom and for which people?

A substitute is likely not needed because the tour will be during Spring Break plus the weekends on either side.
However, if our dates get shifted by 1-2 days (improbable, but possible), it may be possible that there will need
to be a sub for Elise Erickson for 1-2 days
