Bremerton School District 100-C 134 Marion Avenue North Bremerton, WA 98312 SALARY SCHEDULE FOR EXEMPT SUPERVISORS/COORDINATORS 2023-2024 Hours Year1 Year 2 Year 3 Director, Finance Director, Facilities & Small Works Projects Director, Communication & Community Engagement Supervisor, Child Nutrition Services Supervisor, Human Resources Director, Technology Services Director, Transportation & Student Safety Supervisor, Safety and Support Supervisor, Enterprise Database Technical Director, Performing Arts Center Coordinator, Student Services, WST Coordinator, Restorative Practices Benefits —_ Benefits through School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) to include medical, vision, dental, Long-term Disability (LTD), and Life Insurance. Sick leave, 1 day per month (front-loaded). Special leave (serious health condition), 5 days per year (non-accruable). Annual Leave as listed below (front-loaded). Option to cash out up to 10 annual leave days each year for 2080-hour staff Holiday pay, 13 days total. (PAC Technical Director & WST Marketing Coordinator, 10 days total) State conference of professional group as approved by supervisor. Professional group dues as approved by supervisor. Two days of personal leave.
