Dear Jordan, Tim, Loretta, and Corrie,

| appreciate everyone's interest in working with the Edmonds School District. Congratulations. This confirms our phone
conversations regarding your firm’s advancement and consideration for planning, designing, and constructing the New
Middle School at the Former Alderwood Middle School Project. The District will interview shortlisted firms between July

23-251n_ Shortlisted firms will host the Edmonds School District Selection team at their office on the interview day and
time indicated in the calendar invite. The schedule for the interviews is as follows:

July 23, Noon to 2:00 Dykeman / HKP
July 24, Noon to 2:00

July 24, 2:30 fo 4:30
July 25,2:0010 4:00

Please read carefully the following interview procedures and instructions.

Firm Participation
Please bring ONLY members of your firm/firms to the interview who will have significant roles in this project. Do NOT
bring any consultants. The District intends to work with the selected firm/firms to compose the rest of the team.

Format and Contents
We plan to be in the office fora total of 2 hours. Plan on an interactive process of about 100 minutes.

Please begin your formal presentation by having each team member explain their role in practical terms, using everyday
language. They should explain which project phases they will be involved in and roughly how much time they will spend
on those phases, the kind of activities they will perform, and any other aspects of their participation that are especially
significant.

Begin the interview with a virtual tour of a recent facility, similar to this project, and discuss the process that led to the
design. This should take about 30 minutes, please allow plenty of time for casual discussion & Q&A during the tour. We
will come to the interview with 3 formal questions that we would like to discuss. This should take about 30 minutes. We
would also like about 30 minutes of open discussion. The panel will ask questions and discuss topics with the presenters
throughout the interview.

Please leave enough time at the end of the session to summarize and conclude your presentation. We want a top-quality
team and quality work throughout every project phase. We value team members who will bring consistency and continuity
throughout the project.
