Appoint a building administrator (principal or assistant principal) to oversee 9GS Approach implementation and to be part of the 9GS Team(s). Participating in the 9GS Summer Institute and 9GS Collaboratives; Completing the 9GS roadmap inventory; Engaging with coaching, including at least 2 on-site or virtual visits per month; and Participate in monthly “triangle” meetings between coach, school administrator, and 9GS Team Leads.
