management based on a portion of the student panorama survey.

Weekly counselor lessons
Character Strong curriculum weekly lessons
Small group instruction for identified students
School wide focus on building relationships

Building Mentors: Models instruction, provides professional development for all staff,
support teachers with implementation of CKLA, explicit phonics lessons, syllable types,
morphology lessons, coaching cycles, observations, co-planning-in variety of settings,
Highlighting specific skills and lessons that focus on state standards assessed on SBA
Utilizing intervention programs - Sonday system, LLI and Heggerty phonics
SBA interim assessment calendar
Small group intervention programs (LAP)
