  1. Special Board Meeting
    A. Call to Order
President Thomas called the meeting to order, in the district boardroom, at 6:00 p.m.
Directors Gibson and Nunamaker were unable to attend. All other directors were in attendance.
     Dougal Thomas, Erika Creydt, Don Leu
  2. Action Items
  A. Resolution 2122-11 Application to Waive Two (2) Missed School Days
The board voted to adopt Resolution 2122-11 authorizing an application to OSPI for the waiver of two (2) missed
school days on May 26 and May 27.
Motion by Erika Creydt, second by Don Leu
Final Resolution: Motion Carries 3-0
Yea: Dougal Thomas, Erika Creydt, Don Leu

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by a unanimous vote at 6:03 p.m.
