KELLIE BOWER KAISER BOWER DESIGN & CONSULTING MAY 31, 2024 RE: Additional Services - MVMS Multi-Use Athletic Complex Dear Kellie, We are pleased to present this proposal for additional services for the MVMS Multi-Use Athletic Complex project for the Bremerton School District. This proposal covers additional services provided by Fora Landscape Architects for Construction Administration. SCOPE OF WORK A. Re-Establishment of Construction Administration Fee 1. Re-Establishment of hourly fees for the provision of Construction Administration Services, as described in our original contract due to the previous expenditure of fee on unexpected additional CA work. The previously completed additional work included coordination with the Owner and Contractor regarding non-conforming construction work at the field along with associated site visits, coordination of revisions and corrective work at the Concessions Building, incorporation of Owner directed revisions to the field striping, additional coordination with subconsultants due to their additional work and fees, coordination with neighbors regarding the proposed work, and revision of the documents to incorporate neighbor comments regarding the buffer planting. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The services described above shall be provided and billed monthly based on the Hourly Not to Exceed Fees listed below.
