Board Chair Chelsea Steiner called the meeting to order at 9:30am.

Board Chair Chelsea Steiner, Vice Chair Megan Bearor, Director Greg Johnson, Director Mike Skagen, Director Nicole Kent and Superintendent Michael Farmer were all present
