Special Board Meeting (Monday, June 21, 2021)
Members present
Mr. Mike Garza, President
Mrs. Jennifer Stevenson, Vice President
Mr. Kenneth Johnson, Director
Mrs. Sharon Schutte, Director
Mrs. Lindsy Prows, Director
Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM
A. Meeting Opening 7:00 PM

President Mike Garza called the meeting to order. President Mike Garza led the flag salute.
2. Welcoming of Guests 7:01 PM
President Mike Garza welcomed guests to the meeting.
3. Approval of Agenda 7:02 PM
Motion to approve agenda
Motion by Jennifer Stevenson, second by Kenneth Johnson.

B. Executive Session 7:02 PM
1. Executive Session 7:02 PM
The Board of Directors went into Executive Session for 60 minutes to review the performance of a public employee. The Board of Directors came out of Executive session 8:02 PM and requested an additional 20 minutes and came out of Executive session at 8:22 PM.
C. Adjournment
1. Adjournment 8:22 PM
Once all business was complete, the meeting adjourned at 8:22 PM.
