NCTA Open Doors at Whatcom » Foundationally built on the interests, aptitudes and opportunities catered to students by removing barriers, building and maintaining positive relationships. » We will host for one year before converting to a WCSC model as we bring more skills center programming to our campus. >» MSD will hire the instructor and be reimbursed by NCTA for the 2024-25 school year. » When we operationalize the WCSC in 2025-26, MSD will be hosting the Open Doors program.
